Return Policy

CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

RETURNS


1. When you decide to return your items, please contact us via E-mail first, and inform us about your problem. We accept return of products.
2. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
4. We cannot accept any jewelry that has been worn or altered in any way.
5. Any items with stains, marks, smears, or tears in the fabric or tag cannot be returned.
6. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Lip accessories related to human health and hygiene will not be returned or exchanged once sold for non-quality issues.

*International Return Policy

1. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); Restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
2. If we send you the wrong item by mistake, we will take the shipping fees.
3. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.


EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange size or color for the same item, email us first at service@Hebesportjewelry.com.
Customers need to pay the shipping fee for the exchanged items.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. GIFT
* If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
* If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

* Return Local Duties and Taxes

1. Local taxes and import duties may be incurred when you ship your return items to us. We would NOT be responsible for local taxes and duties. The customer should be responsible for all the extra charges.
2. When you decide to return, please remember to contact us first. Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office before ordering.
